I have never seen Junaid Akram disagreeing so bluntly with someone. Now this is the Joe Rogan touch that was missing from our podcasts. Some podcasters have made them formal interviews and Junaid has yet again proved that a podcast needs to be casual.

@@baigubaid007 he is not unaware, he knows everything, despite the fact, he still is confident and optimistic that after every night, day also arrives, so just hope that he among other educated people can bring this country to a right direction, because we cannot lie to ourselves, that whether we live in any country abroad, one thing that we cannot deny is we will always remain a Pakistani, so seeing Pakistan from abroad being destroyed by the hands of these so called uneducated politicians and regretting that we just thought about ourself and our family and left this country, rather than doing something valuable for Pakistan. @@muhammadhassan4289 I agree with you. Mad men change the world because they think different. As much as his points sound childish or impossible, but the light in his eyes and the chip on his shoulder will make his dream come true. I know this is a hell hole and we all want to move outside, but we cannot deny the fact that after a complete breakdown, there is still an ounce of hope left that people Like Usman Asif who have a vision to industrialize Pakistan will bring that change within their lives and if not, then they will become the beacon of hope for the coming generations just like Tatas and Ambanis of India.

This is guy a little too good at: 1- problem solving 2- conflict resolution 3- data analysis 4- productive mindest 5- determination (IDK what's the motivation here but he is determined) and only because I am growing up to be his fan I am not joining devsinc, its better to do 2 jobs and have a healthy debate over marketing problems rather than being a yes sir!

My overproud Indian (often reacting to such Pakistan videos) this should also be a reminder for us to elect even better people for India who would create jobs, worry about the growing middle class and declining national income (for the oppressed middle class). Much of the national airtime is being wasted on faltu issues like bhaarat, women reservation (another societal division) and other useless narratives in India. And i m not a congress or aap supporter (before u label me). Overproud hone se pehle apne desh ki realities ko bhi critically dekha karo. Junaid bhai is all about that. India koi amreeka nahi ban chuka hai, bahut zada kaam baki hai, aur hum sabhi ko press karte rehna hai sahi muddo k liye.

I'm one hour in and am thoroughly enjoying the chat. Both Junaid and Usman are making great points. I do believe someone of the things Usman is saying would fall under naivete not optimism (Which I guess is required to be a visionary). It also shows contrasting mindsets, both of them mean well, but one's a realist and the other is an optimist, BOTH are needed to take the nation forward.

I like Junaid but he loves listening to himself and Usman is a positive person and believes in one changing his own circumstances. A nation is hopeless right now thanks to our establishment and their experiments. We need to give people a way out what ever that is. Everyone cannot leave Pakistan so we have to show ppl you can still survive and find ways. Not letting Usman speak and constant interference left me looking for a mute button for Junaid. I hope you take this constructively. Thanks

9:37 Quite frankly I have realised by the reply of Usman Asif, that Junaid Akram belongs to the category of people who always put blame on government and people instead of just focussing on themselves and doing their part despite thinking of the result! Usman Asif progressive mentality has really impressed me a lot and I wish him and his company all the success. Keep up the good work 👍

For the first time I felt Junaid Akram was speechless in most situations. Usman was determined to be positive even in extreme negative situations, something which is hard these days. It's people like Usman who bring change in the world no matter how much unrealistic it seems.
@zhin8294
@zhin8294 9 ай бұрын
Yes because Junaid has a realistic approach and somewhat pessimistic approach while Usman has an idealistic approach. Idealism is fine but you can't always run from reality and idealize everything. You have to face reality at some point.
@xSonicFlashx

I understand your point but you should know that every big change we see in world came through idealism. It's people who believed in impossible and defied the ground realities brought the biggest impacts. @@zhin8294

great podcast, as a young overseas pakistani, i love seeing the constructive mindset of pakistanis constantly thinking of ways the nation can be bettered. you don't hear this kind of talk from the average canadian. i don't know how far individual initiatives of people will take us (like Usman's theory of the self-taught dev freelancer or Junaid's school) but i think true, massive change can only be triggered by the people higher up in power. for example, i only taught myself tech stuff to get into a good university, to get good internships and stand out from my peers, but if we operate in self-taught freelancer silos without the environment a quality educational institution provides, we can't collaborate with others to build bigger things that contribute positively to the economy. most tech startup founders meet in college.

If Allah did not wish the predicament the nation finds itself in / has found in over the years, it won't be in it. Moreover, "Verily, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves." - Quran 13:11. Thus Usman Asif's approach makes sense. This is what a leader/though leader is: making others better just by being in their company, inspiring those in despair, bringing out the best in others through their interaction. May the nation take accountability of the things in our control and fix/improve just our individual selves, so that Allah may fix what we cannot control. Aameen.
