Africa love birds are beautiful small birds. Hope you explained clearly about there naturally available foods and which shouldn't give to them. Spouts are good them even for they are good. How to do Spouts explained by you. They are not costly food everyone afford to it. Vegetables and fruits must wash nicely before giving to our birds. Apple seeds contain poison, good health message to people. Herbs like mint, coriander and local basil leaves are good for health to improve their immune. Egg food good for egging and calcium supplements must give to your birds Yes water should be clean and change in regular intervals
