Through a gentle surrending to the experience of connection and love in whatever form it is presented to us. It may not be exactly what we think it needs to look like....it just is.To be brave to stand openly within the context of divine soul love for self and others. For then there is no need to feel power itself but BE power, power of healing through heart and not the ego space. At the same time to allow the space of both soul and ego to gently meet, acknowledge one another for we are both....There is no seperateness of the different parts of us. We are....When we see this we are able to BE vulnerable and not be fearful of feeling vulnerable. Therefore sharing our journeys from deep heart connection and love.

I am experiencing a disability at this time. I have always been very healthy and physically active, and now I cannot be. I am vulnerable, it is difficult to walk. Your message really resonated with me, I am much more in tune with how long it takes me to go to the grocery store, or the bathroom. In addition, I am much more aware of people with disabilities. I see them now, I never did before. Enjoyed your share and understood it completely.

Incredibly timely and pertinent! For weeks I've been ruminating and researching the ideas we have around power. We are all so familiar right now with the abuse of power, I keep wondering about the conscious use of power, and how we have no model for it.

You are so spot on. For the last couple of months I have been soul searching and find a tremendous change within myself. All of a sudden the degrees I got or the jobs I did werent that important anymore as I always took huge pride in that. Now I seek connection with people who look deeper in life. Currently going through withdrawal from antidepressants after 17 years of using them. And I never felt more strongly about it although its very hard.

I started this program and I was so excited and thought it was the best thing ever. Well, after one day I decided it wasn’t a good fit for many reasons. It was a disappointment, I’m pretty sad. Lee that made a world of sense to me . . .one minute I feel empowered and powerful and the next minute im thrown into feel disempowered, vulnerable and judged by others. I seem to be flicking back and forwards. I have also had a big change in my life with moving house from sharing a house with my mother and my teenage daughter to finally back into my own place with just myself and my teenage daughter after about 9 years of sharing. And man, it is challenging me and I am finding myself doing a whole lot of soul searching all of a sudden. Feeling safe then out of the blue not feeling safe. Pretty much everything you talked about and explained is what im going through at the moment. I have to say, it was so nice to hear and know that I am not 'losing it' or 'losing myself' im just going through the motions of energy changes (as usual) , and as usual as an empath/intuitive I feel everything so intensely, I also find myself having to guard my energy at work, it is all just so intense and at times just too toxic. Since your update last month, I've been completely intrigued with the joy body concept. Something in me completely lights up just hearing the words. I'm beginning to understand the concept on a mind, heart, body, soul level, and am having a deep realization that this is an extremely significant understanding that is precisely what is going to carry me into the new life that is unfolding before my eyes. It is the way to shift vibrationally and move into the new, transcended, higher dimensional "me" rather than just create the same old-same old with just a different exterior. Lee, this sums up hours of interesting but somewhat clouded astrology forecasts. So valuable! :) I've had the shocking revelations that most of my family and lately, old and new "friends" are narcissists. I'm about to move to another country and burn some bridges, and with this energy it is more likely that I will crack the power/vulnerability code. I'm being tested big time now. The empath-narcissist-dance is still confusing and painful, but I see it more clearly. Question: if those two issues are highlighted now - how does that affect a (covert) narcissist? Will they explode? Do you think they can heal in these new energies eventually? Cutting them out seems brutal.

Its dying off because power is an illusion. In reality, it is a set of behaviors strung together to manipulate others. None of those behaviors are defined individually as power. Each of those behaviors costs you energy, energy that you use against another person. When you realize the cost in yourself, and the fact that without that energy the result dissolves, you realize it is not worth it!
