I have been going through some major changes in the last year- primarily moving back home and helping my mom take care of my father as his dementia progressed. He passed away in the beginning of July, and this has really shattered my whole world. I'm refocusing my life back to myself while navigating the grieving process. This message gave me hope and promise that all is working out as it should. Also, it reminded me to not be so hard on myself, which I think is so important to keep in mind. I have been going through exactly what you described! Moved to the country in May after closing my healing arts practice in the city. It’s so intense, I’ve felt that there would be some big changes coming into the later months of this year. And now I’m on a vacation in Hawaii (a place that I’ve always dreamed of going) and when I get back home, I’m starting a new full time job, a new gym, going back to all of my new friends that I somehow made over the past couple months, and then planning on moving out by the end of the year! These past couple months I realized that some of the people around me aren’t who I thought they were, and the jobs that I’ve had aren’t for me anymore, and being treated in negative ways has actually really pushed me to realize that I deserve so much better. You are so on point, and I love all of the healing work that you do!! We’re all riding this wave together, i can’t wait to see what else these last months will bring

Hi Lee, your words are very comforting. You're very grounded and calm, and this is so healing in itself when sometimes not our energy is chaotic. I need to rewire my inner voice to sound more calm and confident such as you do. It can be very disheartening and tiring to be experiencing this, the separation comes back up, the heart closes again to protect, the fears come up fully.... And one can feel disconnected from one's true self, and from divine creator. May we all become aligned and have clarity and purity in ways best for us each. May we continue to care for ourselves and bringing the light. May there also be a time, when we will cope a lot better, and self heal. May we also live and love in the best possible circumstances. Let us self emancipate. The last 4 months truly feel like such a waste of my life and time, however, it propelled me to once again get some healing that I kept delaying. Lesson: do not delay your healing!! The recording after your update was very helpful for my current situation, and it's allowing me to become more Sufi-like about surrendering.
