In this video, we show how to check design position in the sewing field, particularly on ballcaps. We further focus on looking at where the bottom of the design will sew on the cap, as this particular position can create problems if sewn too low on the cap.

75/11 sharp point is the most commonly used for embroidering ballcaps with these machines. It is also the common needle for most other types of garments, so there is no need to change needles when switching between embroidery on flat goods and embroidery on ballcaps.
