You can get those rolls for your Sonora Style Hotdogs in the deli at Walmart. They have them in both white and wheat varieties. To our Drunken Clams I like to add Calabrian Chili Paste to the wine. It gives them the perfect spice. If you have never cooked with it you need to add some to your pantry staples. I use it often to add heat to dishes.
