you take such good care of your family. I have been watching your videos for some time now and i got to say the variety of meals is amazing. It is like the kids have a talented personal chef for themselves. They better take extremely good care of you when you get old.

I agree with you on that Broccoli Chicken Casserole recipe. Watching you do it. I myself do not like box stuffings. I make my own. I also use poultry seasoning and I think that would help with flavors of the chicken in this recipe and probably dark chicken meat for flavor or chicken base bouillion. Onions, celery, and butter. There goes the smart points count through the roof. LOL -Connie

That casserole reminds me of one my Aunt use to make ... but hers was a bit different. You mix the dry stuffing with a can of cream of celery and a small container of sour cream , spread that over cooked cubed chicken and broccoli florets and then cover with cheese (optional) and bake similarly covered and uncovered. It was much more creamy and really good.

That sounds heavenly Nicole!

You might want to invest in a greenhouse. They do have some decorative kind that attach to the house. That would help you in the winter. You could even get it attached to your barn. Salads all year long. Great for flowers.

Hi Shelby, another fantastic video, really well done. I agree with you on the chicken/broccoli casserole. I've tried it and felt the same way. My family really does not like casseroles anyway, so I avoid them. My first inclination was to make it as as a rice, chicken, and broccoli mix and omit the stuffing. I also think a really good white sauce starting from a roux would make it better as well. Lastly, ixnay the cheese on top. Perhaps mixed in the white sauce it would be better? Let us know if you do change it and come up with something delicious. TFS!!

I think you fixed what was wrong with the recipe......I'm gonna try it like you said. Hugs Shelby

I made leg of lamb for Easter (of course ham too!) and although it was very good I wish I had imbedded the garlic and rosemary in the meat like you did. I made a marinade with our own honey, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. It was good. Today I took the leftover ham bone and made a delicious white bean and ham soup, I'm still trying to figure out how many points it is but it's tasty!

Diane it all sounds yummy. When things settles down here Ken wants to start bee keeping, we have an active association in our village. He wasn't able to take the last beginners class, but hopefully next time it will work out. That is so cool you make your own honey!

Im in Australia, we are brought up on lamb. It's my favourite meat. Loin chops and crumbed (breaded) cutlets on the bone, i think you would call them 'lamb chops'. Roast leg of lamb, with roast potatoes and pumpkin and boiled peas with gravy from the juices. Lamb stew. Bbq lamb... Yummo.

Another version of the chicken casserole. Switch to 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 can cream of mushroom soup. You could change out broccoli for canned green peas and carrots then top with your stove top stuffing and bake in oven the same cook time.

That receipe definitely didn't look up to your standard. I was kinda unsure about it while you were making it. The ingredients seemed really generic.
