I think you’re spot-on about customers assuming that expensive products will work better. That has to be why people spend £200+ on moisturisers. I’m a cynic and pay about a fiver. I look at the ingredients and choose that way.

I’m very skincare savvy and never “just” buy a product assuming anything. I do spend £160+ on my moisturiser because I have incredibly difficult skin and it’s the only one that doesn’t cause breakouts and sensitivity for me. Also, it lasts me 6+ months in the 100ml size for that price. So while it’s a bigger initial cost than most inexpensive brands, it’s works pretty similarly (and often cheaper) in terms of cost per use.

Hi Mikhila. Good video. I have bought Lancome previously and while I really like their make up, their skin care is quite blah. Nice, but not special enough to justify the price point. Q. Are you and Karen likely to Venture further afield with markets etc? I’m willing to travel to see you guys, but Doncaster / Yorkshire is a bit far. Thoughts? Have shopped your online store obvs.

I am almost finished with a bottle of the uber youth neck spray. I can't tell a difference. Maybe it's helped it from getting worse.

That Uber youth serum is my favourite but they've just discontinued it😢 I do also love the Jeju moisture shot, so will switch to that.

I used to get periocular dermatitis, not had it for years and today BOOM there it is! Apparently hay fever can do it… I’m a dog walker and pollen was bad in the woods today! I’ve run out of hay fever wipes so maybe why it’s back? Do you get hay fever?

I got the Uber youth spray & was disappointed too. I'm in my 50s so plenty for it to work on 😂 Made my skin red & didn't like the smell. Really enjoying the Super Healthy Skin moisturiser though.
