June Full Moon Guided Meditation - Strawberry Moon - Capricorn Earth - Raise Your Vibration

On June 21st/22nd, 2024, we experience a Full Moon in Capricorn, also known as the Strawberry Moon. Every Full Moon brings an opportunity for us to balance two opposing energies; in this case the Moon in Capricorn and the Sun in Cancer (Summer Solstice). We are called to balance work and relaxation. Where do you need to take care of yourself? How can you come back to your heart, your emotional truth? Perhaps you need time to move through something; to be in a space without an agenda.
