Blimey Gav, your wife is a keeper! I'd like that Peter Green one - it sounds right up my street. I like Haircut 100 too. Good album. I have several Nick Heyward 12" singles that soon followed the dissolution of H100. I know that Malvern shop. Downstairs in the cheap shop he had a loads of very nice classical albums, and there was plenty of interest upstairs too.

I saw the Jam at Malvern Winter Gardens many moons ago. Are you looking forward to retirement or do you find it a bit daunting ? .I only ask because as I approach it I am not too sure if it is for me. All the best Mate.

The Jam in Malvern - excellent I would imagine - it’s a bit weird finishing but I’ve been well prepared as it’s been hanging over us for about 8 years ! Always aware that in my industry you did well to get to 55 - fortunately the package to go this time was too good to refuse so have bit the bullet . The old work life balance should improve as we both worked full time - so I’m now running the household stuff - so far it’s been extremely pleasant! Thanks for asking . Part of me doing the channel is to give me a bit of a creative outlet- been great so far as it’s making me reengage with my collection 👍
