In answer to your question, JK flew back from Japan, spent 24hrs or less in Korea, and then flew to LA to film this with Usher, so yes, that is what he did. He had to be totally exhausted, but to do this with his idol, the legend, Usher, he gave it his all-and the result is totally EPIC/ICONIC!!!!

I love watching the behind the scenes as much as the final product. It’s brings as big a smile. Music gets people together. This is my first time coming across you two, and you are rather enjoyable (without using crazy language or being too extra as some peeps will do). You two are also adorable and funny! Just saying.. I look forward to viewing more. As for this, Usher and Jeon Jungkook collaboration, they were on point for sure! I agree with some of Ushers opening lyrics "its like Heaven and Earth move when we touch....the universe approves when you and I dance". I am 40 yrs, so I do remember when Usher came onto the scene and he is extremely talented. Now don't hate on me please.. I have been a BTS fan (an "Army") since 2013 and have enjoyed watching all 7 members, including Jungkook, grow their talents and flourish! Sounds wicked of me to say, however my opinion is that JK has since surpassed this brilliant performer as well as many others. I say this with the utmost respect for these artists bc they are still truly mind blowing at times. (In 2001, I was 17 when I sat watching in awe as Usher made one of his dreams come to fruition: Performing with Michael Jackson!) Fun fact: Usher and Jeon Jungkook were both 15 years young when they debuted in the Industry! How AWESOME! They also have had some pretty amazing collaborations between them. Sorry for my crazy long input (side note: you mentioned abt JK, and Jimin training together in these 5 weeks..under their big brother JIN, who is now an assistant drill instructor. Many blessings)

Grew up listening to Usher going way back when he started his career at 14/15 yrs old. I knew a performance video was coming especially when they came out with that tik tok video of them dancing to Usher's song and I'm so glad they did. This was definitely LEGENDARY! Jordan, I agree that 2023 was the year of collaborations, especially for JK. It just proves that music has no limits, no boundaries and no age-limit. The music industry will never appreciate how legendary this is! Jungkook brings his fresh talent and Usher comes in with the old school knowledge. Even as the two of them performed the choreo together it was not exactly the same. Usher comes from the gliding era, where you isolate your body. Jungkook is representing Big Hit aesthetic which is full body extended movement of the current trends. when JK does the knee wiggle during the instrumental dance break it's agressive and loud, Usher kinda does a smooth bounce with it, calming it down. Usher doesn't have to prove anything he's gonna show how to keep it cool. JK is like "can you keep up?" yes he can. This reminded me of MV with Michael Jackson and Michael Jordan "Jam" on the basketball court. They come from different disciplines but share the fun with each other. JK and Usher come from different generations/cultures but respect each other enough to share this amazing song. They will never get recognized for this the way we would want but deep down we all know it's a hit!
