Question: I am a Hongikingan living in Los Angeles. Thank you so much for meeting Seuseungnim. My question is, "How should I deal with a nagging boss?" I am a veterinarian now working as a freelancer at three animal hospitals. Now, I am slowly building up my skills by meeting multiple customer bases, learning different approaches, and looking at cases. However, the most unbearable thing is a director's excessive interference. Sometimes, I look haggard because it is overwhelming. My self-esteem falls a lot. Last summer, I tried to quit the hospital, but the director said that I was the right person for this hospital and raised my salary, so I decided to work for another year and work until the end of next year. So, in the meantime, I started working with the desire to learn while watching new customers in the hospital, but it isn't easy every day I go to the hospital. Before I even think about the patients' diagnosis treatment, he has already intervened and pushed his own thoughts. I am a 3-year veterinarian, so I have tried to understand the director due to his experience, but I'm exhausted. Since I can't change his style of talking or personality, I think I have to change my mind in the end, but I ask Seuseungnim for the correct instructions on how to do it.
