I was super happy to see this. I doubt we will get it again though because, yes, this is the one that so-called ARMY were waiting for him outside the gym when he left to go home. He mentioned it in his next live after this - it startled and scared him. I don't want him to be afraid to leave his house. :-( Anyway, so, I doubt we will get any more videos of him from the gym. Thank you to his coach Tommy as well, for helping keep our JK fit. Thank You, Shiki, for the reaction.

I was just in awe the whole time when I saw this. You're so right, to want a body like his, you have to put in the work. But this determination and discipline is just something else. Unfortunately, I think he mentioned later, after this live he got stalked on his way out, and I think he stopped going there for at least a while. Those damn sasaengs are ruining things for him and us all.

The chair was definitely trending during the live 😂. Sadly, this is the time he referenced people showed up and creeped him out. He said he couldn’t work out there but hopefully that was temporary. i did boxing a few weeks ago, beginner class and then i caught myself in the mirror i couldn't stop laughing. my form was a mess, my movement for the combination was a mess. but boxing's good especially if you're the type that suppresses your anger. it's a great way to unleash it in a healthy way.

Hi Shiki. Thank you for this reaction video. It was fun to watch it. Here is a little info about the Taekwondo belt he was talking about: The Poom rank is essentially the transitional or interim rank where students move from the junior color belt grades and into the adult degrees. If a Taekwondo student reaches Black Belt status but is under the age of 15 years, he will be awarded a Poom rank. So JK reached the Black Belt status at a young age 💜💜

You’re too funny Shiki 😂 That dang chair lol we were all typing to move it 🤣🤣 This live was amazing the fact that he shared himself working out with us was wonderful. Unfortunately, we probably will not get another because of the people that went there took pictures and waited for him. And he was walking home so imagine if they followed or tried to follow him home. I hope one day he shares this again with us but I wouldn’t blame him if he didn’t. He deserves respect always.

Loved this! Shiki, this thought just came to me. Do you like mangos? If a ship you a dozen... I will have to ask around, coz I have never shipped them to other countries. Also, they are supposedly shipped easily to US and UK but I'm really not sure about Sweden. But if I am able to ship you some premium quality Indian mangos would you enjoy them?
