I don't think there's anything wrong with artists who genuinely admire BTS to catch a bit of BTS' shine in order to promote their own art. In Snooze, Agust D shows support for all the musicians struggling to get started, and empathy for how hard it is. I don't think he resents even one tiny bit that ARMYs might spread the love around in ways that help up-and-coming musicians succeed. And RM seems to be both conscious and generous in using his popularity to help other musicians through collaborations and mentions. It's not impure, at least not any more than anything any artist needs to do in order to make a living today.

The insane thing about that crowd, and maybe someone has already told you, is that this show was absolutely not announced anywhere, there was a suspicion early that morning that maybe he would perform and then a couple of hours before they officially announce that he was performing Times Square. So that enormous crowd is even more impressive, he is truly a superstar. And yes, he has a wonderful relationship with his back up dancers, he is a type of guy that is extremely respectful and kind in any room he walks into. 😂😂😂Sorry to laugh,but your comments about Seven are hilarious 😂😂😂. The song was released in July and is the song that reached a billion streams On Spotify the fastest. It was also number 1 in tons of charts for weeks. Besides Seven and 3D, all the other songs were released on November 3rd,a few days before this show. People knew the words to those too. His album was awarded Platinum (I have no idea what I am saying) after 2 or 3 days after its debut in the US. Our dude is killing it! He is super talented. Just today he held a free concert in Seoul and online. we were around 11.5 million online watching him. Once we were around 17 million listening to him snore live😂😂😂. Army ... Please don't change! JK headed to military 12/12. He knew the date here, Army didn't. I don't know what he loves more, his hyungs in BTS, his music, or Army. But this song is about Army. He has a ton of vocal practice, two years as trainee, nine years as main (center) singer in the biggest group to support him, total determination and talent. Suga said he sang everywhere, car, shower, kitchen. The hardest thing for him here was pronunciation.

the last song was SEVEN, his solo debut single which made literal history. it was released in july and it became the fastest song in spotify history to reach 100M streams, did so in about 6 days. It debuted at no. 1 on spotify global with almost 16M FILTERED streams and it stayed at no. 1 for over a month after its release. Has spent over 60 days in total in that position as of now. Even blocked his second single 3D on the charts when it dropped. It reached no. 1 on BB HOT100, 3rd kpop act ever (after BTS and Jimin) and 2nd kpop soloist after Jimin (who did so back in April with Like Crazy). Recently SEVEN also hit surpassed 1B streams doing so in 108 days, surpassing Miley Cyrus's Flowers and becoming the fastest song to hit 1B streams in spotify history. Everyone knows the song and it is THAT song on his discography. That's why the crowd knew every word to it.

Oh and many suggest older songs when you wanna hear him rap but I would recommend Ddaeng live. It’s a rap line song but the vocal line performed it on fan meeting and it’s so much fun. JK raps RM part and it’s so cool

Its a great song to see JK rap in. To give an idea the rap line and vocal line swap places and the vocalists rap to a song written by the rap line (aka RM, JHOPE, SUGA). Its a super amazing performance!

"Ddaeng Vocal Line" is a good one - they switch it up and have the vocal line members rap. JK takes RM's part if I recall correctly. And I agree with you - Yes or No is a bop. I fell in love with it, along with Too Sad to Dance, the first time I heard them. I'm an older fan of all seven, but JK has a beautiful voice that he has worked hard for years to achieve (natural talent and perfect pitch probably helped), and I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a soft spot for it. It's a shame they're being shuffled off to the military just as the rest of the world is discovering it, but I have to admire them for volunteering for enlistment as is required of all young men in South Korea, and, thus far, serving in an exemplary manner. They really are the gold standard in a sea of equally exceptional talent and skill.

Okay! I just finished all your BTS reactions in 2 days. They have a very huge discography since it’s their 10th year in the industry. And June 2022 was the start of chapter 2 (solo endeavors) and military enlistment. Jungkook is actually the last member to release his album. Not sure if you knew Suga did his sold out Solo tour for 2 months, RM at dia beacon and rolling hall, V in tiny desk and music shows, Jimin in music shows. Jimin and JK both had number 1 on billboard hot 100 in their solo songs. And you watched Jin with coldplay in Argentina and Jhope ni Lollapalooza. You are in for more! The members are indeed successful as solo artists and a powerful group..

All kpop idol trainees get trained (before debut) in rap, singing, dance, media appearances etc. They then get assigned into specific lines, although there is often cross-over, eg JHope does both rap and vocals. So essentially, all BTS members can rap and have done so on stage before - Jin is known for being particularly fast to the point of being able to keep up with Suga. It never even crossed my mind that this JK NYC event was broken up into 2 parts for anything other than the explanation you gave in part 1!
