@@Sphynxmum82 I have ADD and a tendency to hyper focus. I haven’t learned to control my mental issues yet. Not to mention that I was just medicated for the issue not that long ago. So no, unfortunately not. I’m hoping that the medication will help get me back on track eventually. Unless you meant Callen, then no. I don’t know what her issue is. Maybe she should see her own therapist.

Elle I’m so happy you’re back and this build is beautiful!! I haven’t said anything until now because I love all your videos and I try to attend your live streams when I can and I didn’t want you to treat me differently or block me so I would never be able to see your amazing builds again ❤ As a huge fan of yours though and as someone who didn’t even previously know who MrStarInSky was until all of this, I hope you will reconsider the copyright strike. I’m someone who always tries to get the full picture and see both sides before I form any opinion and when I saw your post about the issue, I researched. I think that it’s great that you and the cozy community have a spoken rule to credit other artists by linking their channels - I think that’s really important. But it’s not illegal for him to have included your Reddit post among other people’s Reddit posts, especially when the post had your usernames on it so people knew who you were. The way he posted your Reddit post is considered fair use because he is reviewing/critiquing people’s work. Such as a journalist or a news reporter would do. And he had a lot of nice things to say about you! Again I wouldn’t fault you for wanting more credit on your beautiful work- but I also don’t think a copyright strike which is the worst punishment for people who truly are using/posting other people’s work as their own, was correct for this situation. Again, I love your videos and your cozy community and I will continue to watch and support you, but I feel like there’s a small part of me when I watch your videos that is a little checked out on the coziness aspect because I believe the kind and brave thing to do here would be to admit that you were wrong and remove the copyright strike. So many of your fans would be so proud of you and I would be really impressed if I saw that kind of integrity. I feel for you and I’m sure this has been so stressful or nerve wracking for you and I’m just ultimately glad you’re back and doing what you love to do! 💖

Ive been hooked on dreamlight valley it’s become one of my favorites but im visually impaired and my left eye is broken. So I can’t read the quests or dialogue so im not getting to far. Lol

@@elleserein and what’s worse is if I tried to put my face close to the screen because I own it on the Nintendo switch to try and get closer to the dialogue to read it just a little bit advance the dialogue so no chance of reading the dialogue, read the dialogue and the story

@@elleserein honestly I just gave up on the story. All the way have no idea what’s happening in the game like at all. I still enjoy it, but I’m kind of stuck because I have no idea what I’m supposed to do. I would need someone to guide me through the game that knows what they’re doing lol but I’m really the only one in my area is in the scheme I’m not gonna give up playing the game It’s such a great game. But I’ve given up following the story. As I have no way of reading any of the dialogue, . Do you have any suggestions?

The reality is that fair use is irrelevant if they monetized their video. All of his videos are monetized. This guy has twisted everything to make himself look better with misinformation on fair use. It’s not cozy to bring this issue to the public like he did. She also asked him politely to credit her how she wished and he still denied that? Good thing Elle has posted those messages because he would get fried in a court of law.

Either way, her preset/filter is ON the work and that IS subject to copyright. Ya’ll be grasping at straws when yt sided with her. Stay mad.

He scrolled Reddit, saw her build, COMPLIMENTED it, did not steal nor put the build in his valley, added her socials. She’s just being a prissy little princess because she thinks all “her builds” are being “stolen” so she should stop creating content and posting it on public platforms of any kind. He did nothing wrong and she reacted like a dramatic teenager. She owns nothing and she has no copyright message on her KZbin page. He’s done Reddit reviews for a long time and she’s the only one to have this issue.

Boundaries are boundaries. If you dont like em, sounds like its a you/him problem to me. Id be more than a “princess” if my boundaries werent respected. He got lucky!
