I actually learned a lot from this, my two junglers lately have been amumu and fiddle. I never realized you max q second because it does percent health damage as well. I also never knew the trick with the double camps worked for raptors and krugs. And I never knew that protobelt gave a speed boost. Much of this came from having taken a break for so long during which the rework for fiddle came out.

The bonus damage from Q is on the same cooldown as Q so in the case where you checked at 15:20 it was on a 10.77 Second cooldown.

these new jungle nerfs so good tbh it exposes bad junglers and catch up exp is nerfed too so im up 2 levels everygame playing udyr full clearing and ganking when ghost is up and objs are up. im 75% wr 8kd on urdyr in 30 games since the patch shits too lit

Olafs wave was indeed in a good position for him to just insta B there and get back to a wave that has been slow pushing with item lead. Minimal minion losses while pushing like that forces him to stay longer and now the Nasus is back with a item and health lead able to get control of wave state so like you said, not the best play. But I doubt he was going to do that anyway, not sure what elo this is from

Side note about lane minion xp, before it was set break points IE at 14 minutes you get more but its the same till then, now the amount of xp you get from lane minions is constantly increasing minute by minute so that makes it a lil better

It used to scale from 40 to 75% between minutes 0 and 14, now its 30 to 100% between minutes 0 and 20. It still scales every minute.

That kinda depends on the enemy jungler and their team comp, but yeah I think it's worth going red pet on morde or warwick

Your clear time is rather slow, now normal finish time is 2:99-3:00 without second smite.

3:00 is a very optimized clear, losing a few seconds in your clear to make sure you dont accidentally reset camps is a much safer option.
