Maybe too late to post the comment but 8:01 sion death timer is a bug there. Lvl 7 recall is like 16 seconds and the timer *shoudl* start when Sion goes into passive. Baubuss highlighted this but basically sometimes Sion doesn't have a respawn timer. Rito spagetti coade (small indie company)

It also comes out that much faster to compensate. Without breaking cap with Lethal Tempo or Hail of Blades, his second punch can hit at most 20 attacks per second worth of attackspeed as it naturally ignores the cap for this calculation, based on the hard number. (2.5×8)
