such dialogue-- superb and natural in style and delivery. In a film such as this one, even the minor character actresses are of such a superior quality and naturalness; that they make the majority of the current ones look and sound as 'stupid and dense' as many of their performances.

@@akrenwinkle That's incorrect. Olga was played by Dennie Moore. She had an uncredited role in _Silvia Scarlett_ (1935) with Katherine Hepburn.

There's some confusion as to whether it was Mimi Olivera or Dennie Moore who played Olga, depending on which site you look at. I even wonder if they were the same person, which happened occasionally. For example, Phyllis Isley/Jennifer Jones. The actress having been uncredited didn't help matters.

And you thought word traveled fast on the internet. I had a stay at home mom in the sixties. The gossip spread faster than wild fire. This is a great scene. The manicurist had one short scene and really chewed the scenery, completely stole the scene from Norma, who was a huge star.

Nah! My friend who cousin , who has done hair at a very high end salon says, the hairdo, mani/pedi isn't why they are so successful. They keep coming back for the latest dirt on their frenemiies. If the information I juicy a d fresh, the tip is proportionally large.
