Yes Pete mate, you inspired me hard and got me making my first jungle tune fucking had a blast making it on my MPC / SP404 / Ableon. Isn't quite as authentic as your hardware but it's hella fun regardless. BIGUPSSSS

hold on, hold on.... I can make chunes on a device that emulates my amigas protracker ? This is game changing
@n4records9242 жыл бұрын
Where have you been??? Yep, its a great machine, I actually had my own version of the tracker out that I packed full of Jungle sounds, breaks and tracks. Check it out - kzbin.info/www/bejne/iYG4d6OdmauWb7M
@deviousdoses20122 жыл бұрын
@@n4records924 Apparently I've been living under a rock, aka NI maschine and abbleton... which for me is garbage... I was just telling my wife, you can't beat the a500 with pro-tracker once you know how it works to lay down tracks with expert sampling. We dug out my a4000T with gangsta studio16, warp 040 accelerator, newtek toaster, and emplant mac OS emu. Took me a while to get the monitor and sync doubler to work but then it was magic. Found all my .mod files from 1988-2004, apparently I made some amazing jungle chunes. I might just have to integrate this A4000 in the studio and have some fun. Now that I have found all the LP's on vinyl like coldcut, the orb, fsol etc
@deviousdoses20122 жыл бұрын
@@n4records924 I am still in the process of setting up my a500 and a4000 rigs... I know I burned a CD of all my .mod files too that I'm trying to find, but they should still all be on my HD... I am guessing if this unit supports .mod files, it also supports the .IFF sample format too ?

Can do same on mpc plus better pads on mpc
@AveMcree3 жыл бұрын
@@12tribes61 ummmmmmm no! There’s several things trackers do better than the mpc! One thing is randomizing samples, effects, chords, etc. I love my mpc collection but my polyend tracker hits different! Only negative with trackers is live recording but why do that when you can step program?

guess I'm gonna have to buy one aren't I 😂 it's ill, never used a tracker before but always up for changing things
@Lewdog.3 жыл бұрын
OO quick question btw geez, or if anyone can shed some light. What external midi hardware would work well with a tracker, im very new to this old skl stylie. Cheers
@weedanwine3 жыл бұрын
MIDI is MIDI dude, that is what's so cool about it. Pair this with whatever hardware you wanna hear with it. It sounds like you don't have any hardware already that has midi on it? If so, start thinking what you might wanna have, then you can start working out how it will work with this.
@XyNoST3 жыл бұрын
Just remember to do a "Christmas lights" continuity with your MIDI patch cables like 1st device: plug MIDI Out in the MIDI in of 2nd device: do the same with this 3rd device...etc etc until your last device plugs its MIDI IN of the first device !
