how to get inverse of the same output? means the negative of it

simply switch "smaller than" inputs or use "greater than" istead of it. if you need both of lists (the output and its inverse), use "Dispatch" instead of "Cull Pattern".

of course, you have points, so you can put any shape you want at that point.

in the video, he/she used "diconstruct point" to calculate the distance of the points from x axis. to do what you want, you can use "Curve Closest Point" (Crv CP) to calculate the distance between the points and your curve.
