Lots to know. Trucking is not blue collar ...it 's even higher than white collar ...so many sides to job. Sleeping in truck...driving day & night ..all kinds of weather ...roads...cities towns...not feeling good ..cold or whatever...mechanical breakdown...planning...meals...shower... It's a challenge ...for sure.

Junior, why won’t you get into an automatic? You already know how to drive a stick, it’s not like you’re going to forget! I drive automatic almost everyday as a local driver, but if they throw a manual stick shift at me every now and then, I can drive it because I already know! Good tutorial by the way!

Hey Junior, I’m thinking about coming to Prime to get my CDL. Do you know if they accept government grants? I know that they will forgive my tuition if I work for them for a year, but I would rather get a grant and not have to worry about it. I don’t have any money and I don’t want to get stuck with thousands of dollars in tuition if I fail. I live in California, so I think they will most likely send me to Utah.
@JuniorHonduras5 жыл бұрын
Yes if you live in California you will be sent to Utah. As gar as the grants go I am not sure about that. If you have been in the military services then instead of it being a year it would be 9months. You won't fail not if you give it your 100%. Prime is only Hiring company drives from California. If you come to Prime you can onlh be a company driver and not a lease operator.

Oh man you are still rolling with the slider brick! That devise is tough, punches, tossing on floor hard from frustration, but easy to type messages with. The system used in this vid that should be obsolete and replaced, no!?
