Juniper Fire: Scooper picks up water in Lake Billy Chinook

A 700-acre wildfire between Culver and Terrebonne led to multiple evacuations and the closure of Highway 97 Wednesday afternoon. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office got this video of a scooper picking up water in Lake Billy Chinook.

We were just to the left of that boat it happened five or six times cause of crop fire?
