I have been waiting for this video since the Channel started. Check your steering damper as well. I found a slightly hardly noticable flaw in it caused 2 sets of ball pinions to go bad in my VW Bug due to it. Swapped it out and my 3rd set of joints and it was perfect.

Not even a little. Paint that looks like primer and unfinished detailing. Death wobble front and rear. Slipping gears. A modern LS? Well the engine is more by choice, but it sure makes me sour... Really It's going to need as much work as Blasphemi to beat it, not just equivalent power. Unless of course they had decided to play smart. Which isn't even a footnote in the Hoonigan code of ethics. They tried to brute force a win against a properly built gasser, tuned and retuned over several years by a hot rodding legend. It's nice that people like to root for their home team but the outcome was obvious from the beginning. Of course I didn't think it would be _that_ poor.

Of all the bitchin cars owned by the Hoonigan staff, Tri 5 by Fire is easily my favorite. As I kid I also was hugely influenced by movies like Two-Lane Blacktop, American Graffiti, and Hollywood Knights, so I totally get where Jon is coming from. Car's looking great man, win or lose I know it feels good to have made so much progress on it. Looking forward to seeing more of the build and some clean passes as the beard returns.

Quick review, brad assembled the engine that started knocking and had to be rebuilt, Brad set up the rear end that had to be redone, brad is seen strapping the car on the trailer through the front wheels and the front end ends up all fucked up on race day. I wonder what really went wrong during the build?
