I am a huge fan of organizing. I seriously love seeing everything in its spot. I am always reorganize trying to get rid of stuff. I feel overwhelmed when I cannot find something or things are just to messy for me to craft in. I dabble in many different media's. Scrap journaling has helped me to pair down most crafts into one. Organization is the key. Loved the video.

I collect vintage dishes so I use many in my craft room. It brings me joy seeing them on my shelves. I have lots of Pyrex and Fire King colored small baking pans and refrigerator dishes, antique colored and patterned jars with zinc lids, antique baskets and wooden boxes and even some antique purses. All of the furniture pieces in my craft room are antiques, I actually have 6 different cabinets. I have many hobbies all rolled into one.

Love, love, LOVE your ideas here, JD! I’m ordering some clear stackable trays from amazon to go with the 2 sets of 3 drawers (clear) I have my pens in. I didn’t know they existed before this video, so thanks! I also use a lot of white plastic bins of different sizes to store papers and ephemera (like your teal ones). The 2 biggest bins have folders slotted vertically separating the different papers and I store them on the floor under my desk. Other big bins have gutted books waiting to become junk journals. I have sectioned plastic boxes like yours for beads and charms but I am transitioning to smaller clear plastic boxes that hold just one type of item; I store them on an edge in white plastic bins on a shelf bed I don’t have room for the larger sectioned boxes on my desk. I also label the little boxes so I can quickly find and pull out just what I need. I find white bins the most restful for my eyes in my cluttered craft room ; I’m hoping to do a lot of organizing (and purging) over the Christmas break. Love the presentation binder you’re using, too. I may adapt that using white 3-ring binders and page protectors since I have lots of both. I’m currently working on finding the surface of my desk. I love being organized and I’m ALWAYS looking for ways to improve! I’d love to see a tour of your new craft room after you settle in. 😊 ❤️
