I love hearing Holly! I had two Quaker parrots that I had to rehome after 20 years because I became totally intolerant to them... ended up on oxygen with a type of 'farmers lung'. I miss them terribly, and TirdBird was very vocal, like Holly! So when I hear your little bird, I truly enjoy it! And I love your work. Thank you for sharing. These are really brilliant... Good Morning everyone. Such a fun way to use up some scraps. My daughter yesterday came up with an idea of using old board game pieces as trinkets for a book spine dangle or game cards and paper cards / money as some sort of tag or collage for pages. I think it would look great as a book mark too. Love the bird song tutorial addition. =) beautiful song there, Polly. We are counting the days until summer and trying to figure out how we can get out doors into nature for some hiking and collecting some earthy elements for some creative work and inspiration.

Its funny you say this, Holly decided on a new vantage point recently. He has taken up to standing on top of the lovebirds cage ( instead of his own) so he has a direct line of sight to me in my craft room. This way he can immediately alert me to when he is having a snack emergency :) LOL

I love love love this it is perfect for my book junkies! I like the idea to write notes in it like bible notes during a certain study and put like “David and 1kings or I Samuel” on the front and you can put the book mark in your bible when done and have tiny notes in it. great idea Pam. I made book marks with napkins glued on them! I think I'll put lace across the top, but I don't want them too bulky. (They're going in with Christmas Cards that I'll make!) That's for this year!!
