Junk Journal with Me | Ep. 6 | Transforming Negative Emotional Energy in my Grimoire | Art Witchery

Journal along with me as I use Art Witchery to create a grimoire/journal spell for transmuting anger, negative energy, and negative emotions into... something better.
I wanted to be able to journal about things that made me angry or sad or upset or whatever without feeling like I was tarnishing my journal or harshing its vibe, so to speak. Looking back, now having had this spell in my journal for a couple of weeks and added more journaling to it, I can say that I definitely feel like I achieved what I set out to accomplish!
Now, whenever I get close to this page in my journal, I just smell the clean fresh aroma of spearmint and it honestly makes everything better 😝 I never thought I'd be able to create a page that held so much negative emotion and that also felt so GOOD to behold... but I did!

You are quickly becoming one of my new favorite channels-this is brilliant. I have often struggled with not knowing how to include negative emotions in journals. I want to be able to write about them and maybe even revisit those writings when I have more distance, but I don’t necessarily want to LOOK at them all the time. The act of containing them, both physically and magically, feels like a really good way to honor those emotions while still not letting them kill the vibe. Thank you for sharing your ideas!
