You must be popular in your neighbourhood 😊. With the apartments we do , we market to the higher end ones . Pays a lot better , plus they don’t try to knock down your price . One of the mistakes we did , was marketing to lower end , or subsidized rentals . Not only the bugs , but no elevators , occupants screaming at us that we were just as bad as the ones who evicted tenants . No thank you ! Happy New Year Chris and Tania !
