My husband and I have had Tall Boys Salad..1, 2 or maybe 3 at a time..and more, of his Conch products..He is THE BEST !!!! His little stall is clean, the product is remarkable fresh, he is charming and the product..OUTSTANDING when in Nassau, that is what we do !! This looks absolutely AMAZING! I wish I was there. So many of us think backwards. This is how food is supposed to be prepared, juice dripping down your hands and all! The acidity from the lemons, limes & oranges COOKS the conch, it's just like when you prepare ceviche'. And although I've never had a conch salad- I can just IMAGINE how yummy it is: OMG! Smile. We eat all this crap from restaurants & fast food establishments- and think it's food. People have been eating the way "Tall Boy" prepared his food for thousands of years; our new way of eating is making us obese & sick, with all the pesticides, HMO's, preservatives, hormones and such. I've had some of the BEST food from food stalls & wish I could eat like this everyday! Much love people :-)

best way to tell if someone knows how to do conch properly is if they score the flesh 3 ways before cutting through. Means they are putting effort and love in to the craft and not just trying to get 10 quick dollars from you. This guy does good. Love the addition of orange and mango. Very pretty.

I've been there. Potters key is really cool. Their are dozens of stalls lined up on both sides of the doc with guys just like him serving conch prepared in several ways. Salads, grilled, cracked, fritters and scorched to name a few. All around the place are massive cruise ships.

Looks tasty but the problem I have is it doesn't seem sanitary to me their hands are wet and dripping juices and I don't see them attempting to dry or wash their hands before they put the conch and vegetables together tempting but ill pass!!!

Trust me their hands are clean and sanatized that's what lime and any high acid citris fruit does. It's pointless to stop and whip hands after each chopped item unless they're touching something that isn't part of that dish. You be surprise to know that their food is cleaner than most if not all fast food places. Plus all the ingredients are natural fresh and non GMO! C'mon!
