I never use my mines until Moira fades, but pharah is nearly impossible to deal with on junk now, U gotta rely on your team to DMG her aswell

for me its just been luck, i havent had enough time against echo or pharah to know but for the most part you either give up or focus tank and let the other dps deal with it lol
