Definitely getting my for live gigs. Love the WAV file player for live backing tracks, and the click track so my live drummer can sync to the WAV track.

You never know 'till you own it! It'll depend on what type of music you play, an then you kind of integrate to it.

Why do their 2008 promos still look like were they're made in the 90's

FeedMeSeymour Korg is really superior for making good modern looking keyboards! It’s functionalities are much more than Roland. But the sounds are still beter in Roland

Nice video. Could you tell me if Juno Di's User performance patches can be loaded by Juno Stage?

is the juno stage better option instead of the fantom x6?

To answer this question properly, since not many people know the answer to this one, there is an 88 version that is twice as expensive as the Juno Stage for a comparison. Juno is only a better option if we look at price and you don't care for a sequencer sampler and rather use the playback features the Stage has. (Which can act similar to the sequencer in some ways since you can sequence a sound and play it back that way) The functions are identical, The Juno Stage is Essentially the Fantom (similar or the same in a lot of areas along with sounds) Roland usually recycle their sounds going back to the JV. However stage lacks 2 features as described above along with the pad that make it cost effective. However, since they both can be expanded , they are similar but the fantom can be expanded further. However at the core, they are identically the same for what they offer if we take out sequencing sampling. Also remember the Juno stage is a 76, it will never be an 88 with the X6 being a 61. (I own both of these Pianos at this time) But If you want to spend a bit more, then yes (you get what you pay for) But It really comes down to what kind of budget you have. The Juno Stage can easily compete. There's nothing necessarily wrong with it, it's a strong instrument that can play 16 voices at once, but there is slightly stronger options for the price, question is if you will use those features for the bigger price point. I think the best sequencer sampler is the PC as a whole, if i was honest that outdoes everything. But those who prefer working outside of a PC then yes paying the extra price may be reasonable along with the features that come with it.

I like this keyboard a-lot but with all that empty real estate they could have added a few more assignable buttons and a few more twiddly bits.

as a live player you always want flexibility, zoning and layering patches is very important, offering only dual mode and split I don't think this is the best synth for live players
@carstenbolarsen47787 жыл бұрын
Wrong! - Juno Stage has layer functions both in performance mode - and in programming the synth, I use it with e.g. 5 different sounds in performance mode both layered and splitted over the keyboard

@@carstenbolarsen4778 Correct ,people need to download manuals and watch more vids to learn what functions a machine has before making incorrect statements.

I recently got this keyboard and while it is a nice looking unit it as all Roland keyboards lacks any good acoustic piano sounds. My Korg keyboards have much better piano patches.
