this is very nicely done. Its bought back the goosebumps i had when i first saw and heard the Jupiter as a 6 year old.

Lost In Space is an icon. Irwin Allen sound affects were ahead of it's time. The music score has never been duplicated for a TV series. The music made the show really. The J2 engine sounds were sooo cool. I remember when I was 5 or 6 watching the reruns, I was on the edge of my seat, couldn't wait until "next week, same time, same channel" LOL! What memories thanks for posting this enjoyed it very much! :)

Awesome, totally. I was entranced from the first time I saw the pilot episode of Lost in Space in 1965 when I was 4-yahrens old. Long live LIS !

I have added this to my favorites. I think that the first seven minutes looks like video of test flights, maybe at Area 51, or the aerospace plant where Jupiter II was assembled, adding authenticity to the video. Maybe this will inspire me to finish my 1/48th scale Polar Lights Jupiter II. Again, great job.

Thanks, Mike. Heres to the only high quality, fully functional, fully interactive Jupiter-2 on the planet!

I like this video. That part in the beginning where it comes right in front of you show just how freakin cool this spaceship design is! NASA what have you been doing with all that money you get? Wasting it on the Space Shuttle program. If you would have taken all that money and concentrated it on a "Manhattan" like project to unlock antigravity propulsion we might have this technology today. It has been over 40 years since the apollo programs and we are still using rocket power? Come on guys!

Is that Flight Sim? (and if so, where is that?)...Jupiter-2 in place of a helicopter? I want that Aircraft!
@ianabruce16 жыл бұрын
You might consider building it for X-plane -- you get space as part of the package.

@cinematic35 There has been some really great CGI in recent days, but as they were on the verge of launching a fan based CGI series, Kevin Burns and Sythesis shut it down. Not that I disagree what they did, on the contrary, it shows me that something is in the works on that end....lets wait and see.

I would like to see the film industries attempt to do it right by using the full size interior and incorporate it with blue screen moving mattes and shoot it in 70mm panavision or Imax and that would finally give it the proper recognition it deserves. But no! Some unknown guy on KZbin has to take the idea and do what you butt heads wouldn't do. What en endless imagination of ideas could be incorporated into a new Lost in Space series. Obviously the film industry is in the wrong hands.
