You could totally get a septum piercing! If you choose the horseshoe style jewelry and it can be flipped up into your nose, completely hidden. Doll looks amazing!

So I have a septum piercing, what you can do is get thinner type jewelry once it heals and flip it up inside your nostril to hide it, however there are super cute fake septum jewelry out there to rock it without being pierced!
