After getting 26000 crores without loan, I don't think Nitish will create problem but Chandra babu Naidu may create problem as the 17500 crores is not free and center said it will arrange as collateral or loan. The state don't have capital city and what nirmala did for Andhra is wrong. Plus Naidu also made lot of unfulfillable promises. So it is likely Naidu can be up against NDA
