Thank you ! I have a problem with my Ena8! Sometimes it grinds the coffee and makes all the sounds when you press on making a coffee but then there is no liquid coffee coming out? You end up with the grinded coffee in the bin , when you turn the maschine off then it works what could that be ?

Thank you for your videos! Sooo, my Jura ENA 8 is "spitting" whenever I make coffee or hot water. It sputters and I have opened up the side and cleaned out the excess coffee grounds plus used the Jura cleaning capsules to try and make this go away. Awy help on how to fix this problem is greatly appreciated!!! It's driving me crazy!

I cleaned the brew group but the machine is grinding for like 1 second and the pucks are more like crescent moons. The coffee is weak due to the lack of grinds. Do you know what could be going on?

Adjust the grinder grind level to finer. If that doesn’t help then you need to recalibrate the grinder.

@@margomorozov14 I ended up using grindz. Then my brew group got clogged up, suprisingly. I spent 3 hours figuring out how to disassmble enough of it to clean the puck area. Works like new now.

@@jenniferzarem5618 Hi! We recommend having your Jura deep cleaned every 6-7 years. For regular maintenance, our basic clean, which includes reconditioning the brewing unit, cleaning the grinder, recalibrating if necessary, and cleaning the milk frother and coffee dispensers, should be done every 1-2 years depending on usage. Hi, we use little bit of Ubik2000 mixed with water. It’s very good degreaser and is designed for food industry.
