I still cry when they first see the dinosaurs in JP, even 30 years and hundreds of viewings later. As a child I was obsessed with dinosaurs and space, and Jurassic Park has as big a spot in my heart as Star Wars. Both capture that childlike imagination as few films have ever done.

Oh my god, that thing about the roller coaster sound testing. I work on the lower lot, and sometimes we take our breaks outside, and every day, we were like, "Where is that sound coming from?? There's no roller coaster nearby!" I'd almost forgotten about it, but THAT EXPLAINS IT. THANK YOU.

I know I had to have seen this in the theater when I was 5 but sadly dont remember the experience. BUT I do remember getting it on vhs for Christmas that year and...I watched it over...and over...and over again. and I remember my mom talking to my 1st grade teacher going " he's watched Jurassic Park 7 times this week! 19:08 The best thing about any part like them is when they invest so much money into life like dinosaurs like the baby raptor, blue and that big walking dinosaur! It's just a shame that getting flights to the USA Orlando from the UK is so much nowadays, back in my time, it use to be a good rate for some people to get a 2 week holiday but now, well it's unlikely unless you want to wait years on years to save up for such an thing!

Very clear memories of seeing the movie. My little brother and cousin and I were with our mums. It was the first movie we saw in the newly opened Odeon in town. I remember the boys being scared and having to swap seats with them so they could sit with their mummies....I still tease them about it all these years later 😂

Me and my family saw Jurassic Park at a theatre with a 70MM print and one of the first in town with digital sound. I also saw the special edition Star Wars movies at the same theatre, and at two of them, bumped into the family doctor and one of my college instructors. Sadly, that theatre was torn down long ago.

I forget if I already told you guys this story, but my 9th grade biology teacher once told us we were going to watch a movie about genetics...and then he popped in Jurassic Park! 😂 And I swear, he'd put it on whenever he didn't feel like teaching. I remember seeing him putting his head down on his desk! I'd usually turn away from the movie myself- it's too scary and gruesome for me. I'm squeamish.

A few things that leads me to believe the *Stunt Show* thing you saw was being shot for commercial. 1.) It was shot in front of a crowd in The Plaza 2.) The lady stunt person had a shirt that read: *STUNTS* on the back of it 3.) The Second Unit Guy was okay with people hanging around, like *extras* 4.) Everything was out in the open 5.) Like OA, everyone had their cameras out and rolling
