www.bigbadtoyst... Created by Parker games in 1993, this board game is very faithful to it's movie counterpart, even down to the screen accurate dinosaur pieces.

I actually got this game at the early 90's. I lived in mexico, I was too young to read. I don't even remember if it was in spanish or english. Childhood memories are awesome.

The game piece sculpts were those used for Kenner's die cast dinosaurs. The spitter and raptor pieces were reduced in size while the T Rex remained the same. All three stand on simplified bases with the terrain removed.

I've got this too, hope I havent chewed any of the pieces back in the day.

I love this game but I'm pleased to see the tape for the visitor center roof didn't keep the roof together -- just like mine. That aside, I have such a great memory of my sister swearing to never play the game again because she had three cancel cards and I was able to thwart her every move with my four. Great to find this; I collected Jurassic Park and Lost World merchandise when the movies were released (and still smarting I didn't spring for the Capture Copter at the time). I trickled off when JPIII changed the scale of the figures (and Jurassic World is even a smaller scale).

Yes I did own this boardgame as a kid, sadly it was lost when our basement flooded 9 years ago. And yes I would absolutely love to get my hands on another one in mint or near mint condition like the one you have there. =3

We have been giving this game to our son as a joke Christmas gift for the past 22 years. It is still in its original shrink wrap paper.

I remember having a version of this released for JP3. Island Survival or something like that. If you ever do a review of that, it would really bring back memories for me.

WAAAAAAAYYYY late to saying this, but there are a couple of things that really bother me, and it's the T-rex paddock logo and the Raptor paddock logo. The're both wrong. The T-rex one looks like it's warped, and the Raptor one is outright made up. The didn't even use a skull for the Raptor paddock in the movie or on the maps anyway, the used it's toe claw. Other than those things, I absolutely adore this game, and I absolutely require it!! How can I get one?
@mastersirus198511 жыл бұрын
Also it would be awesome if we can get a video of the game being played

I remember buying this used for a few bucks as a kid... I think my parents threw it away lol. the packaging is so great ! JP had real, evocative, almost poetic designs, with warm colors evoking danger and mystery. The JW packaging feels cold and lazynin comparison, in my opinion.

thanks, I would like to recreate the game online, but I no longer had the game myself^^" The video helps very much! Especially for the game board and the cards! THANKS ^.^
