Do yourself a favor and have an upholstery shop copy the seat foam in the stiffest high quality family available. It will last way longer and keep its shape. The covers will last longer if the foam retains it's shape.

It appears the website he bought it from has gone out of business and the company that bought it doesn't sell the sahara fabric :( Let me know if you can find somewhere that sells it
