The city vacated the alley next to my Dad’s house. So it was split down the middle. The other neighbor told my dad that if he poured the concrete for a driveway, he would pay my Dad for it. When the work was done and paid for, Don wouldn’t pay Daddy. He did however use the driveway for his car. My Dad didn’t have a rotten bone in his body. It could have caused a huge problem, but it didn’t. My Dad just never got upset about things. And he was Italian! I wish he would have learned something from that experience. We had an alley vacated along a rear property line in my neighborhood. I found out about it one day when I heard arguing from three houses away. @@mulemule this comment is 🔥 fire. It's common sense and we can't have too much of that running around loose off the chain, a relic of a different kind of prison called the past..... Not only are the two losers murderers, they are thieves. They stole the people's joy from their hearts, and how great their joy was, the mutual respect and genuine love, bonds of friendship built upon the foundation of trust. Shattered. Judge should've ordered the perps to teach mouth to mouth cpr to the island's local shark population.

@@andrewp1075 I think they should assess disabilities on an individual basis rather than discriminate generally. Not all disabilities are severe or physical. Then if a disabled person is rich enough to buy citizenship then they are likely rich enough to have their own needs met.
