They lowered the water level over the years because of the meet and greets near the splash zone.

I also feel as if they would raise and lower the water level through your the day or week. When I went on it in July 15 2022 I made a numpty mistake by sitting in the front with my cousin thinking I wouldn’t get that wet. I was soooo wrong. There were buckets of water all over me at the last drop.

To answer the question: it's because of raptor encounter being placed right next to the drop. They don't want anyone waiting for that or the raptor to get wet. Why they placed it by the ride in the first place is anyone's guess 🤷‍♂️

Also the boat seems to only have 1/2 of the max riders

Depends on weight in boat too, and luck. When I went on the water splashed up from the side and I got soaked.

If you want a bigger one you should go to the one in Orlando Florida but it has the original set not the updated one

The reason this is here is to make guests think you don’t get wet but really the splash when your on the ride you can get wet.

Because it wasn't a full boat, and/or the people on it didn't give it the extra weight needed for a bigger impact. Been on this many times.

the 86 foot Jurassic world drop is somehow less fun than the 40 or 50 when it was Jurassic park. So disappointing

I heard that there is like jets or something like that that they would turn on to blow op water when you drop Dow but recently they have turned it off due to complaints or something like that

When I went on it,it was like coming out of a 30 minute cold shower. And I was in the front row. But it looks small but it's giant.

It's because the chain brings them down it stops the chain and then it puts the chain back to slow them down I felt it it helped because you could fly off
