People forget that another way to say bird is an avian dinosaur... So an osprey making their home on a dinosaur themed coaster is quite fitting. Glad they embraced it by giving the bird their own clip in the queue. The bird is the word

Forgot to mention how the ceiling panels after the raptor windows actually simulate the ceiling panels in the first Jurassic Park when they all climb and try to escape the raptors. Same room where the books are. There’s also a remote controller version of the ride’s cart. On the display at the end, where the waivers are, you can also see the Samsung watches that were used in Jurassic World. At the very end you can hear Owen talking about something happening over at River Adventure. Mr. DNA also explaining the ride rules is also one of my favs. I love that coaster. Too many things. Too many nods to the films. I love how well it is incorporated to the rest of the Jurassic Park area.

IIRC there’s another little cool Easter egg, I don’t know if it’s been pointed out yet. In the pre-show video where Owen and Claire have their chat, the vital signs for Blue list her as “D-9”. This is the same identification she’s listed with on a tracker screen we briefly see in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

I like how you highlight so many of the details that can be found in these parks. Disney has entire websites and communities dedicated to finding these types of things, but this particular aspect of Universal parks always seems to get overlooked. As someone who feels familiar with these hidden details, I often end up learning new things from your videos regardless.

As you exit the ride, look out of the glass window, into the paddock and you will see plenty of scratch marks on the concrete walls below.

***a side note. On Tuesday evening, just before park closing, an entire group of teenagers were permanently trespassed from universal Orlando for throwing entire cups of ice onto an oncoming train from the queue line. The ice struck the riders and even ricocheted off and struck others waiting in the queue. That's all the info I have. Also would like to know if there were in fact injuries associated.

Never been on a roller coaster I want to enjoy coasters but they are so scary I’m planing on going to Disney and universal in July 4th weekend I want to get on this ride and let it be my first coaster wish me luck and any tips too for getting over the fear thx

This attraction is great! But maybe possibly do not make it your first rollercoaster. It is pretty intense. What's nice about the Florida parks is there is a great level of variability in the coasters with some being more intense than others and allows one to build up coaster courage. If you gave me a list of the specific parks you are going to. I could give you my personal ranking of intensity. Anyhow, I hope you enjoy your trip and I hope you love the world of coasters!

I think it’s meant to just be labels for transfer gate access. They all go into same open air paddock. There are four individual stables for the raptors inside the first scene for holding.

@@VernRichardson328 Bravo is not a part of this particular attraction. Only the four raptors from the film are part of the VelociCoaster. The Raptor Encounter features more raptors that can only be seen at Islands of Adventure, including Bravo and the two babies.

One of the biggest Easter eggs is that the you have to stand in a line to get on the ride and that the coaster is made out of metal and it has wheels that the cars ride on.
