The first differentiation being trophoblasts, I think that area of research is most fascinating.

so true. and the further you go from science and the scientific method of thinking, the madder it gets. and most people on the planet are miles away from the scientific method in their thinking.

Asymmetric division or asymmetric post-mitotc cell fate: this is a main question.

As I understand, neuroblast is a postmitotic cell and does not divide any further but only matures into a neuron.

wrong, both types of neuroblast are not terminally differentiated and mitotically divide into either inps or gmcs which then go on to become neurons or glia
