While I am thinking Chicago went the wrong direction with Flus, I still feel bad for the guy. He (Flus) goes from not taking accountability and everyone tears him apart to here he takes some accountability and Jurko saying Flus is dumb for not blaming his players. What would the take have been if Flus called out his players by name for the broken run? C',mon... Honestly, there's only one way to solve these issues and that's by winning. Chicago feels really dysfunctional.

Feel bad for him? Why? Dude gets a multi million dollar contract to be the worst HC in the NFL. He is the worst. At this point I'd be surprised if every garbage assistant coach doesn't line up for the BEARS HC gig just to get the multi million dollar deal and check out after a year to enjoy those millions on a yacht.

As an outsider looking in the worst thing to happen to the bears was to start playing well towards the end of the year. i imagine they were more likely willing to fire a HC if the team is losing as opposed to ascending which is what it looked like was happening with them

I agree players need to be accountable stop makeing excuses. Coach can call perfect play but when there is player error every other play doesnt matter what the coach calls when players have no dicapline
