1. NC did not know who the kid (John Wilford) was, much less that John’s sister Maddy was wounded by his gunfire. John also didn’t know at that time that his sister had been shot. 2. NC didn’t even know his sister 3. Even NC did know her or of her, it wasn’t like he got a good look at her or the others wounded or killed in that room, so my first point still holds. I’ve watched a lot of trials, followed a lot of true crime channels and heard of many tragic events in the past, but this case just tears me up inside. Not sure if it’s the scale, the number of victims and loved ones affected, the sheer senselessness and cruelty involved, or the lack of acknowledgement and remorse from the perpetrator, but every detail of this, every impact statement, and the faces of each grieving parent in the courtroom seems to hit extra hard... There could never be a sentence harsh enough to fit this crime, but I hope justice is served to the fullest. His Chinese name is 王孟杰 (Mandarin pinyin: _wáng mèng jié_ , Cantonese jyutping: _wong4 maang6 git6_ ) Native English speakers are using English phonology rules when they are not familiar with Mandarin or Cantonese phonology.

Cory Hixon's (disabled son) testimony is so sad. He didn't need to lose his dad like that

Literally no reason to say he is disabled. Actually that is very rude.

@@BruceWayne-kq4ur I will never understand this western (mostly American) culture of basically lying for everything. Addressing a disabled person as specially abled person is understandable. But you need to understand that in majority of the languages there is no word as specially abled person. Stop looking down on disabled/specially abled people, your offensiveness stems from that. It is not rude to call a spade a spade, but remember a spade is no less than a club or diamond.

There are other court cases too that have been calendared. This is not the sole case in this criminal court.
