You clearly do not know all there is to know on the matter because regardless of political sides she upheld the oath she took as an elected official. It’s crazy that some just accept whatever they are told on some very brief video that does not give all sides. The judicial system in some places are just broken and this really proves it. She has a website that shows exactly what she did because unlike those who went after her because they didn’t want her exposing the rigged system she’s been nothing but transparent. The crazy thing is she thought the system in her area was good until she had hundreds of citizens coming to her with serious concerns and the powers that be were going to destroy records that are required to be kept for certain amount of time.

The trial was about 10 crimes that Peters did not admit to. Had she admitted to them they would not have gone to a Jury to decide. You're also ignoring the seriousness of Peters' crimes, abusing her position to try to change the result of a fair election. Unfortunately, Peters is not the only one. In the US, the People decide the outcome of elections; your denial and support for felons is reprehensible.

Actually you can refuse to convict anybody in the United States if you feel like it According to some experts you're legally on loud and not to believe in a certain law the judge cannot order anyone to convict anybody and you can't be punished for not convicting somebody that's not the way our jury system works sing some Mexican TV years ago talking about it

That is called jury nullification, and in the US it is a criminal act. When you are empaneled, you swear an oath to render a verdict based on the facts of the case; you have no power to decide whether the law is correct or not. If you do, and you provide evidence that you nullify, you can be tried for misfeasance, perjury, and false oath-taking.
