The girls gotta start wearing Sunscreen we are definitely melanin and we gotta keep it like that it’s also a black owned sunscreen at ULTA especially with the girls being in that sun that’s why the skin is peeling gotta keep moisture and that is where that sunscreen come in handy and protects the skin from the sun😘 Hyperpigmentation is huge in the black community because we don’t properly take care of our skin like we should until it happens.

When doing the 8 counts it’s the babies in the front for me 😂 it’s cute cause their trying but also gettin lost at the same time. Actually trying it and not standing there. I love the effort they have. Both the Londons there I loveeeeee. Then little mama ( sorry I don’t know her name she’s not there as often ) but she’s trying too. Good practice today ladies. But just because hell week is over don’t think y’all can’t condition there. Y’all know if y’all look dry y’all will run. So please take whatever y’all learned individually and as a team to every practice. Alima girlllllll. You can tell she practices whenever she can. That’s a captain right there. Not only that she encourages every girl on the team without having to be told. No matter if the camera catches her or not. And Destiny has been growing on me this season. All she gotta work on is that crying. She gets upset easily and her breathing changes every time she’s upset. She will grow out of that though. She’s an amazing cheerleader and is one of my favorites on the team
