I thought the same at first… I don’t think she’s afraid of discipline. I think it’s more so a lack of technique and skill. She genuinely just doesn’t know how to do it. She’s still learning and she needs to learn basic technique and rhythm. As well as build confidence in herself, what her body can do and the skills she is learning. I believe in her! I know she can do it. She’s just going to have to put in extra work! I hope she continues to push herself. 💗

To get some one to learn cheers you have to reach out to them step by step everyday like your in a class room bedroom are pretend like your in your bathroom just getting out a shower and in the mirror studying the girls will have homework+ cheer and the cheer will be there home work bet they will come correct just like I do my girls and other young ladies

Phoebe is trying, You can definitely tell. She seems to be a slow learner. All she need is time. Even if she doesn't get to cheer at events I wouldn't cut her from the team. She has the determination, It's just taking her a little longer to learn things. She'll be great by next season for sure & could do events etc then.

Yeah I definitely agree with that. I can see she is slowly getting stronger in her memory of the cheers. She just struggles with remembering and catching onto cheers. Some people can catch on after being shown one or two times and others need a few days of practice before they can remember. I think it’s really going to pay off for her to practice at home with a friend or watch video to learn the moves correctly and execute them. I believe she can do it! Practice practice practice.

Everybody in the comments finally seeing Phoebe now that we got an unedited various but I seen it for her from the beginning I know she got this but these coaches not making it easy as coaches y’all suppose to teach at the cheerleaders pace and with her being a beginner obviously y’all have to be more hands on and have a lot of 1 on 1 with her …. Phoebe is going to get it, I have no doubt about it. Remember when faith started cheering and Coach t literally had to put her hands on faith's hip to teach her to shake. Even Payton. Used to be very rigid and she is now undoubtedly the best cheerleader in the team. Even Dejia(might have mispelt her name) struggled in the beginning.. And little mis London bless her but her first season was a hit mess. Phoebe will be more than good come competition time 🤗🤗🤗

I see comments calling Phoebe slow learner and asking if she has issues and it saddens me, I was a Phoebe growing up. I started performing in pageants as a baby and from then on out I performed until I graduated my strong points were acting, singing, and African dance I was horrible at dancing. I joined a majority of my activities in high school I was in choir from the second grade off and on until I graduated. In high school, I did choir and show choir and was in many activities outside of school that included a teen performing arts club at our community center and A basketball cheerleader for our local police athletic league. Whenever we did a performance where we had to dance it was hard for me to pick up some dances and I could see the annoyance in the face of whoever was teaching me. When I did show choir I got better and was more confident performing. We have to give Pheobe a chance she will get it she may be learning slow but with practice, she will learn and get better. I remember season one when we said the same things about Faith and Dasia(we didn't call them names though🙄😑) and I remember when Faith used to look at others during performances to see what they were doing and if she was doing things right now look at Faith she's one of the best on the team.

Agreed. Some of these comments are gross. It’s one thing to comment on her lack of picking up cheers quickly but to call her slow is way out of line. I was also a Phoebe growing up. Sports in general didn’t come natural to me but that didn’t make me “slow”. I was top of my class in everything but lacked rhythm so sports like dance and cheer were an issue. I’m rooting for her!! I hope she finds her confidence and become more comfortable in her own skin.

I was picked on as well in dance class in high school, but I didn't notice it until I became an adult. I honestly think Phoebe just doesn't need a good leader, but she also need to a practice run in front of one of the coaches as a 101 quick help. So she does not get distracted or confused to what she's doing and the other girls are doing. I was the same way when I first cheerlead and every day after group practice. I walked up to my coach and showed her what we did in practice. She gives me pin pointers and then I practice it on my own and with a partner. I know she got it, but she is relying on other girls to help her catch up with the cheer.
