I recommend watching all Descendants from 1-4 (4 being Descendants: Rise Of Red without the OG cast in the 3 first movies). That way everything will make sense. Captain Hook has a son and daughter later, Hades (bluehaired guy) and Malificent has daughter, Uliana is little sister to Ursala who later has her daughter Uma, she aunt to Morgie who sings “yeah let’s burn her to a crisp!” - Rise Of Red is also partly set in the past, this scene is from the past where Red and Chloe (the blue haired girl and red haired girl) travel back in time to save Red’s mom from becoming evil and so mean as she is (Red’s mom is Queen Of Hearts). But as said, watch all 4 Descendants movies, from 1 to 4 - and the whole thing will make sense. Watching the movies will be no regrets though, I love the movies - for acting, plot and music.

This is the 4th movie of the franchise and this one have time travel so you're looking at all the villains high school teenagers and the heroes as teenagers and the girl with the blue hair in the video with red is Cinderella's daughter
