My signature scent is Aqua di Gio. I used to have a lot of different perfumes and loved to try new ones. But since I had grandkids, I wanted to pick one signature scent and only wear that one. I remember my grandma used to wear White Shoulders and that scent will always invoke her memory. I want the same for my grandchildren.

Yes. Orpheon is fantastic and a scent that is so addictive. Clean but has depth. Soapy but also smells like green woods. And the longevity is excellent. I’ve only made a 10ml dent in my current bottle but already bought a backup (the one and only fragrance that I hoard like that). And The Noir 29 is another gem.

I want Tubereuse Astrale. I like cumin and tuberose together. Cumin provides a civet like note with more of a gourmand, spicy scent. I’m pretty sure I’d love this fragrance. What a gorgeous list you’ve drafted ❤️🌹

J'Adore L'Or is stunning. I do not like the other frags from the J'Adore line, but I am obsessed with L'Or. I just had a friend ask what perfume I was wearing and ask if she could borrow it to wear to her prom! Like, wow. Another summer fragrance that is new to my collection is Tilia by Marc Antoine Barrois. Tilia is a beautiful, clean, airy, yellow floral perfume with MONSTER sillage and performance. If you like parfum de marly Valaya you will love Tilia.

Amazing picks Josephine! ❤ I reeeaally need to get a sample of Encore Une Fois and Red. Maybe I have to give Orpheon one more chance. There is something which I don’t find that appealing. It smells kind of this old lip balm 🥴 I have tried Carmina so many times and already for the first time I tried it I thought: ”wow, I really like this”. Luckily I don’t find too much cherry in it in other words bitter almond. Unfortunately that smell gives me headache 🙁 But for sure it’s rich and dense and for me as well one of the few Creeds that I like. The other ones are Virgin Island Water and Acqua Fiorentina 🌸

I don’t like Carmina. I know it’s unisex, but it leans masculine. So glad I sampled it before I bought a bottle. I like feminine, airy, pretty, long-lasting perfumes.

Hi Josephine, I love your selection and I definitely want to try Orpheon (I love the Fleur de Peau body balm and body lotion, the eau de Parfum it's a bit too sharp in the opening to my nose). I must say that I find Tubereuse Astrale a very heavy fragrance and one for the people that are really into intoxicating tuberose: for me it's a little bit too much to be considered an everyday scent. On the same fruity/grapey tuberose vibe I would suggest "Lady White Snake" of Stephane Humbert Lucas, or even Tubereuse couture by Pierre Guillame.

It's been so hot that most of my fragrances have been turning me. I have been sticking to Peony and blush suede by Jo Malone, and Cricket Song by Floraiku. They are so pretty and not getting on my nerves in this high heat.

Early morning after a very hot day and night when the coolness of the morning has peaked. A 90's issey miyake type nostalgia. It's definitely not everyones cup of tea so my suggestion would be to get a sample from their site. They have a very lovely fragrance called Levitating as well. Top tier (imo) which I have also been wearing and does very well in the heat. Probably better than cricket song even. Top: Bergamot essence, Mandarin essence, Clove essence Heart: Magnolia flowers essence, Orange flower absolute, Rose absolute Base: Vanilla Bourbon extract Madagascar, Musks, Vetiver essence

Asking because you seem to be really in the know about the fragrance industry. Do you think the 2021 version of Dior Homme Sport will get discontinued, or perhaps undergo a significant change and bottle redesign now that Francis Kurkdjian is the perfumer? The reason I ask is because I like the fragrance a lot, but I'm apprehensive of getting too attached to it just to have them discontinue it. I use to love perfume reviewers because I love perfume but I learned that most of the perfumes they recommend are expensive and don’t smell like what they dream up! Once I found out they get them for free I was finished! Good luck folks
