Honestly I just go the mall and smell fragrances! Whatever I like I test on my skin and if I like the evolution I’ll think about buying. Usually I try to source from a discounter if it’s possible then I’ll purchase. For me it’s all about discovery not trends. ❤

@@majas841 I honestly can say it doesn't remind me of any other perfume. That's why I love it so much! I would describe it as the most elegant, light woody perfume I've personally ever smelt. It smells powdery (not the cloying type), woody/earthy, clean (but not soapy), and you also get the hint of the jasmine, all balanced in a very sophisticated way in my opinion. It's not one of the beast mode fragrances, projection is moderate, but honestly a very classy fall fragrance, which I personally see myself wear most time of the year (very easily in the UK). I think it is definitely quiet luxury!

Maybe more on the airy herbal side but not especially green. Hard to explain. I could have blind bought this and been happy but I am glad I smelled it first. It will be a year round fragrance for me.

I have a large bottle of Aventus for her. It’s stunning however it’s strange how different one bottle is to the next. I had one that was more resinous & I preferred it and this bottle has quieter resins but very pungent Apple notes. I especially love grabbing a jacket or sweater that has Afh on it from a day or two prior. It dries down so beautifully.
