Хочу поправить, что вначале говорите, что кофе нужно залить КИПЯЧЕНОЙ ВОДОЙ. но кипяченая вода может быть ещё кипящей, или просто горячей, или даже остывшей. Поэтому желательно уточнить, какой температуры должна быть эта вода дальше говорится, что нужно дать остыть раствор, значит, вода должна быть просто горячей или все таки кипятком?)
